The Fairyland Story (フェアリーランドストーリー) is a cancelled platform game that was going to be published by Taito and to be released for the Family Computer sometime around 1986. The developer of the Famicom port is currently unknown. It is speculated that the port could have been developed by Taito, Hot-B, or an unknown contractor. In 2003, an anonymous user under the name "kiwi" posted on 2chan claiming to have been part of the team responsible for both the Famicom and MSX conversions. According to this user, the Famicom version of The Fairyland Story was scrapped due to quality concerns.[1]
