Naxat Soft was the video game division of Kaga Electronics founded on June 22, 1988. The company is named after Taxan but spelled backwards as it's a brand owned by it's parent company. The company would be renamed and merged dozens of times until becoming Kaga Create in 2007. The company dissolved on December 31, 2015.
