The Datach Joint ROM System (データックジョイントROMシステム) is an officially licensed cartridge add-on for the Family Computer manufactured by Bandai. The add-on released on December 29, 1992 in Japan and came bundled with Dragon Ball Z: Gekitou Tenkaichi Budokai. The add-on allowed players to scan trading cards to access features within select Datach games. Six other games would release for the Datach with the final release being J.League Super Top Players on April 22, 1994. While the add-on sold well on release, the other six games sold poorly which resulted in those games to be the most expensive Famicom-related software on the secondhand market.
